Cancellation Policy:

1.  If you cancel the Sunday before the tournament you will be given a full refund.


2.  If you decide to cancel after Sunday prior to the week of the tournament, no refund will be given unless you/we can find a team to take your place.  If we have to discount the entry fee to the persuaded team, you will be refunded the difference.


3.  Once Brackets are Posted there will be NO refund.  Expect Brackets to be posted by the Monday before the event.


Rain-out policy:

1.  In case of a rain-out and NO games have been played that day, there will be a $25 administrative fee per team.  If you wish to apply your entry fee to another Sandlot Softball Tournament, this fee will be waived.


2.  If the tournament gets rained out and your team has played a game(s) you will be charged for however many games you have played.  The amount charged per game will be based on the entry fee divided by the number of games guaranteed. 


 

NSF CHECKS:

1.  A fee of $25.00 will be charged for NSF checks.  A $50.00 fee will be charged for "Stop Payment" checks.  Also, NO Team will be allowed to play in any Sandlot Softball Tournament until all fees are paid.

 

USSSA Registration:

1.  All teams playing in Sandlot Softball Tournaments must be registered with USSSA.  All teams Must show proof of insurance.
