Developing the Next Generation of Umpires

The Sandlot Youth Umpire Academy is one of the cornerstones of our organization. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real game experience, we help young athletes and aspiring officials develop the confidence, knowledge, and professionalism needed to succeed on the field.

Our academy is about more than officiating games. Participants develop leadership, communication, confidence, responsibility, decision-making, and respect for the game while gaining valuable real-world experience.
